David Gregorisch has been on a life long musical journey.  He said, "there isn't a time in my life that I don't
remember hearing, listening, and enjoying music."  David's very first encounter with the guitar was at the
young age of 9, but after a few lessons with a not exactly inspiring teacher, he was discouraged and quit.
David thought that he (David not the teacher) was the reason he could not play like the Rock guitar heroes
of the day.  At 9 you don't realize that it takes more than a nylon string guitar and three "porch" chords to
play blazing rock solos.  It wasn't till almost 10 years later that David met a high school friend that got him
back into it and showed him that it was possible to play the music that he loved so much.

Soon after that David began studying with Mike Corbin who became a huge influence and mentor on David's
music and life.  After about three intense years of practice, playing in local bands, and lessons with Mike,
David decided he was ready to take his music and education to the next level.

In the fall of 2001 David enrolled at Berklee College of Music in Boston.  The next two years were a whirlwind.
Feeling he had already got a late start with music, David decided to take the maximum courses allowable
and stay at school through the summers.  This allowed him to Graduate with a Bachelor of Music, in
Professional Music by summer of 2003.

Currently David Gregorisch is living in Pompano Beach Florida, teaching private guitar lessons and playing
local gigs.  He also has released his debut instrumental guitar CD, "Dissecting the Frog", under his own label,
Hi-Gain Records.  The follow up to Dissecting the Frog is currently in the works.
