Most frequently asked questions about Guitar Lessons:

1.  Do you only teach more advanced players?  No, I teach ages 12 and up, all levels and most styles.

2.
What style do you specialize in?  I have studied all contemporary styles, but I definitely specialize in Rock styles.

3.
What are lessons like?  Well, in a short answer, I try to make the lessons as fun and educational as possible.  I also
try to cue in on each student's varying interest and focus on what he or she is most interested in accomplishing.

4.
Do you teach music theory?  Yes, I try give an all around music lesson, not just a guitar lesson.  My students learn
sight reading, music theory, improvising, songwriting, and ear training.  I even help students with other musical interest
such as singing and playing, and live performing as a soloist or in a band.

5.
How well qualified are you to teach?  I have a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston, which I
earned in 2003, and I've been teaching beginners, pros and everything in between since then.  I also have real world
playing experience as a soloist, band member and in the studio.  All of that being said, there is no end to learning so I
continue to study music on an ongoing basis by myself and with other musical scholars.  I'm also pursuing a Master's in
Music for Jazz Guitar.

6.
Do I come to you or do you come to me?  I go to you and my traveling cost is included in the lesson price.

7.
How much are your guitar lessons?  Since I travel to my students, rates start at $50 depending on where you live,
for a one hour lesson.  Call
954-972-3505 or e-mail me to be certain of your price.
